This rustic, one-bedroom villa offers spectacular views of the charming town of Deia. Villa S’Olivaret has traditional Majorcan interiors with plenty of privacy, an open plan kitchen, BBQ, garden and it’s wheelchair accessible. From the pool area you’ll be amazed by a fantastic view of the slopes of the sandy mountains sprinkled with trees, ending with the azure Mediterranean sea.
Villa S’Olivaret has one bedroom with a double bed covered by a mosquito net. The room has large wooden wardrobes, a wicker chair, and bedside tables with lampshades. If you need an extra bed, this can be provided for 500 euros a week. The bathroom has a shower, sink and WC.
The incredibly charming outdoor area has an inviting swimming pool with stunning mountain and sea views. The outdoor space has a porch, veranda, BBQ, parking, garden, garden chairs and deck chairs. You’ll also find a music system and ping pong table for your amusement. This is the perfect spot to gaze at the yachts drifting by in the azure Mediterranean. The BBQ provides an excellent opportunity to whip up that impressive meal.
Charming Majorcan interiors welcome you in the villa. The open plan living area has a living room with a two-piece sofa, tea table, TV, audiotape player, radio, satellite, or cable (Spanish). In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find a fridge, freezer, blender, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, toaster, iron & board, cooking utensils and four ring stove. Central heating and WIFI are also there for your convenience.

The location of the stunning villa is the charming, terracotta town of Deia. This gem of a town is loved by artists, public figures, and outdoors enthusiasts. Cala Deia beach is only a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive away. If you like golf, you will find the Son Termes golf club only a 30-minute drive away. Outdoor activities like walking, fishing, swimming, cycling, golf, biking, tennis, mountaineering are all available here. You’ll also be delighted to find art galleries, boutiques, and delicious tapas restaurants.
