This exquisite 6-bedroom 16th century villa features exposed brick walls and luxurious details. It has been carefully restored, respecting the traditional features while adding a luxurious and more modern atmosphere. In addition to spectacular views, the property offers a private pool, music system and acres of lemon and orange trees.
Each of the six bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms in addition to a guest bathroom. There is the option of separating two of the bedrooms to create a self-catering loft with its own fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, you’ll find the master bedroom featuring a four-poster queen-sized bed with fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. Two extra beds can be provided. Three of the other bedrooms are also situated on the ground floor. Two doubles that have ensuite bathrooms with showers and one twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This room has access to the garden and pool areas and is designed for wheelchair access. The first floor has a spacious open plan self-contained apartment that has two separate bedrooms. They both have ensuite bathrooms with showers. You’ll be charmed by the ‘tafona’ which is the original olive press room. Here you can access the 7th bedroom that has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. It also has a lovely balcony gallery with views of the tafone and the large sliding doors looking out to the pool area.
This peaceful haven is abundant with ripe fruit trees and Spanish flowers. On the horizon you can admire the Mediterranean Sea and the small port town of Soller. You’ll be tempted by the inviting swimming pool that is surrounded by a comfortable seating area with loungers, a sofa, and a coffee table. The space is perfect for al fresco dining and has a BBQ.
The interiors of Villa Ca S’Hereu are simple and elegant. The pebbled stone hall in the entrance is exquisite and includes a chapel for weddings. On the ground floor you’ll also find a restored oil press and several living areas to relax in. Some have chimneys and fireplaces for a cozy feeling. In the main room, you’ll find modern amenities like a TV and sound system. You can cook for the entire family in the fully equipped kitchen that has a Mallorcan style sitting area and separate dining room with splendid views of the gardens. For your entertainment, the TV living room has a flatscreen and satellite TV and a fireplace. It’s next to a library/study with WIFI which is an excellent place to work. Heading up to the second floor you’ll find the self-contained apartment. The open plan space contains a fully equipped kitchen with a dining and living area and a fireplace, television, and DVD player. You can walk through large sliding doors to a decked terrace with stylish furniture. There are also some convenient stairs here that lead you to the back of the house and the pool terrace.
For your safety and comfort, a final cleaning with full disinfection is always performed between guests. The property provides a cleaner for six days a week for four hours, a gardener and a maintenance man.
Villa Ca S’Hereu is nestled in the gorgeous area of Soller in the Tramuntana Mountains. You won’t be disappointed by the ripe oranges and the enchanting tapas bars. The villa lies between the town and the charming little Puerto de Soller. Here you’ll also find a beach surrounded by small boats and superyachts. There are also tapas bars offering delicious fresh fish dishes.
