Your first task when you arrive at Anza House is to decide which one of the three beautiful bedrooms will be your sanctuary during your time in Mallorca. Perhaps it will be the traditionally styled matter bedrooms, with an elegant four-poster king-sized bed and a vintage vanity table. If you’re travelling with friends you might stay in one of the two twin rooms, each with two single beds. With calming decor in pastel tones, these also make excellent kids’ rooms. The bedrooms share two family bathrooms and are fully-fitted with air-conditioning so you’ll sleep soundly no matter the season.

You’ll be delighted with the large garden, where you’ll find plenty of sunny and shady areas in which to relish in the Balearic sunshine. When you first exit the house, your eyes will be immediately drawn to the crystal clear 8.5x4.5 metre swimming pool. You can sunbathe on one of the many poolside loungers while you supervise your children as they splash in the shallow end, or join them to cool down from the summer sun. When the sun begins to set, head to the barbecue area to prepare a feast on the stone grill, which you can eat at the rustic picnic table. When the children have gone to bed, it’s time to stargaze on the grand terrace with a cocktail or glass of local wine in hand.
Anza House is the perfect Mallorca family home, with timeless decorations and plush furnishings so you can truly make yourself feel at home here on the island. The main room is an open-plan living and dining room, with a cosy living area with cosy armchairs and couches, and a dining table with space to seat six guests. If you choose to cook for yourself rather than eating out at one of the excellent restaurants in the nearby town of Pollensa, you have access to a spacious, country-style kitchen which is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer and more.
Guests at Anza House are looked after by an attentive local team of staff who will help you to arrange any additional services or activities, such as excursions, babysitting or car hire, which would make your stay run especially smoothly. Anza House is located on the quiet outskirts of the historic town of Pollensa. This region of Mallorca has been inhabited for over 3000 years, so you’ll find Roman, Arab and Spanish architecture and ruins nearby if you want to step back in time. In town, you’ll find several authentic local restaurants and boutique shops, as well as a weekly market where you can buy local produce and souvenirs. Guests who rent a car can easily access the golden beaches of Puerto de Pollensa, Alcudia and Muro, where you can enjoy clear-blue waters, beachfront bars and restaurants and water sports.
