The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

The warm interior of Villa Juan Toni exudes a cottage style ambiance, yet it has modern conveniences like cable TV and WIFI. There is plush seating and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and utensils. You can cook a lovely meal for your family and friends and enjoy it on the wooden dining table.
For your safety and comfort the villa is fully cleaned and sanitised both at check-in and check-out. For your utmost comfort, you may arrive any time you choose. You can look at Villa Juan Toni’s “arrival out of schedule” option. The child-friendly villa has a baby cot/crib, and highchairs.
Villa Juan Toni has an ideal location surrounded by spectacular nature, yet it’s also close to many points of interest. You can visit the old town of Pollensa which is only 1.5 km away. Here you can enjoy local cuisine in the many restaurants or go shopping for local handicrafts or souvenirs. If you want to go to the beach, you only need to drive for 9.2 km and you will reach the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa. There are many options for activities if you want more out of your day than lounging on the beach. There are different water sports and other recreational activities to try. Golf Pollensa is nearby if you would like to practice your swing. And the Eroski supermarket is also just a short drive away.
10/10Great little house with a big terrace and a refreshing pool. It is really equipped with all you may need and the barbecue is wonderful there! Check-in was easy and flexible. Would definitely recommend this place!
10/10We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Juan Toni, great size for a couple or small family! The place was clean & the staff at EasyVillas were all really helpful and friendly, as well. The location is a convenient, only a short drive from Pollenca (the walk is okay, about 20 minutes, just beware there is no pavement) Would definitely recommend!
