This 90,000-square-meter estate on the top of a hill could be your home for a week or more. Villa Muntalegre is gorgeous in every way. The views, modern amenities, luxuries, ambiance, service, and sense of tranquility you get here are virtually unmatched in Mallorca. From the top of the hill, you will get almost a 360-degree view of the hills, valleys, and the sea. Even the drive up to the villa is fantastic. The old country Pollença–Alcudia road meanders through almond and olive groves, giving you a feeling that it is going to be an incredible holiday.
A world of luxury and opulence awaits you once you reach the villa. You will find it packed with modern facilities and amenities. The focus here is always on the comfort and convenience of the guests. It has been recently refurbished and is now in top condition. But the villa owner has done a great job in preserving the traditional designs and architecture, including its stone façade. Villa Muntalegre has a total of 6 bedrooms for 11 guests. Three have twin beds, two have large king beds, and one room has a single bed. As a result, it can easily accommodate a large family for their annual reunion. One twin ensuite bedroom opens to the garden. Some of them have a modern décor, while others have four-poster antique beds or wrought-iron beds. There is something that everyone will like. A few of them even have their own private balconies.
The bedrooms have big-sized wardrobes, private seating areas, dressing areas, and study tables. There are libraries too in some of them. There are four modern bathrooms in the villa with showers.
It is the outdoor area that really sets this villa apart, whether it is the magnificent pool, the rolling greenery, the orchards, or the outdoor lounging and dining areas. There is even a golf course very close. Its greenery almost blends with what you will find in this estate.
Go for a swim in the cool, refreshing water of the private pool. The terrace has both sunny and shaded areas where you can get a tan or recluse while enjoying a drink and relishing the gorgeous views. Want to get away from your group and enjoy moments of solitude? You will find shady corners and cozy nooks throughout the estate. You can dine alfresco under the shade of a terrace and gather with your family for your morning coffee.
Entering the house, you will reach a hallway that opens to a large sitting-dining room and a fireplace. The living area has deep-cushioned sofas and satellite television with international channels. Like the bedrooms, this section also has the traditional wooden-beamed ceiling of Mallorca. The formal dining table, which is just behind, seats the entire group. Of course, you can also have food outside if you want.
There is a third dining area in the kitchen, perhaps for a quick bite. The kitchen has a hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and many other modern appliances.
You will have everything in this villa for a luxury stay. The bedrooms have high-quality linen, large wardrobes, and air-conditioning. The pool is exclusively for your use for the duration of your stay. It can also be heated by request. The kitchen has many modern appliances, pots, and pans. The housekeeping team will keep your property and the swimming pool clean. Various on-demand services are also available for a charge.
This luxury rental is located in the countryside of northern Mallorca between the resort towns of Port de Pollença and Alcudia. They both have wonderful beaches with the turquoise ocean. The Pollença town is also close. You will find plenty of places to eat and drink in all of these places. The closest supermarket is only 4 kilometers away. The Pollença Golf Club is only 2 kilometers away.
