This beautiful, peaceful oasis of a property can accommodate up to ten guests. Villa Santuiri offers lots of space and extensive grounds where you can enjoy al fresco living and soak up the sun. The villa has several facilities and amenities and is close to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, and historical points of interest.

Bedrooms

Villa Santuiri has six bedrooms and five bathrooms to accommodate up to ten guests. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a double bed, air-conditioning, and direct access to a large terrace that offers spectacular views of the surrounding landscapes.

On the first floor, you’ll find the master bedroom that has two single beds that can be transformed into a double. It also offers air-conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. On the same floor are three other rooms with a double bed, two single beds, and one single bed. An extra double bedroom can be found in the annexe.

Outdoor areas

You can start your days by diving into the fenced 11m x 4.5m swimming pool with step access. There’s a convenient poolside shower to rinse before you stretch out on the comfortable sun loungers. Delicious grilled meals can be cooked in the barbeque area, and you can enjoy al fresco style dinners while admiring gorgeous sunsets.

Indoor areas

Plenty of natural light floods through the large glass windows in the living areas. You can feel right at home in the contemporary kitchen that has all the appliances, utensils, and crockery sets you need to cook up a grand feast. Enjoy the delicious meals in the formal dining room while relaxing in the company of your loved ones.

You don’t have to worry about a thing in Villa Santuiri as housekeeping will make sure that everything is clean and in order. The property features air-conditioning between 2-4 pm and 10 pm to 6 am. A delightful Villa Care Pack will be offered to you when you arrive with cling film rolls, liquid soap, toilet paper rolls, kitchen paper rolls, cleaning cloth, dishwashing tablets, bin bags, liquid soap, and bottled water. There is free WIFI on the property and a cot, highchair, and stair gates are provided so that the little ones stay safe. You can book additional services for an extra fee like extra cleaning, babysitting, airport transfers, pré-stockée fridge, private chef, as well as local tours or day trips.

Location

Villa Santuiri is located only 55 km from Palma de Mallorca and you’ll be close to the Cala d’Or Tennis Club. If you are more interested in golf, you’ll be delighted to find the Vall d’Or Golf Course only 3 km away. You can swim around in a clear blue lagoon at the Cala Marcal Beach only a short drive away. You can also head out to sea on a catamaran or a glass-bottom boat.

You can stock up on fresh produce in the San Punta Supermarket or check out the open-air market at Cala d’Or. If you want to taste both local and international delicacies, you can dine at Sa Farinera Restaurant only 4 kilometers away.
