There are three comfortable bedrooms in the villa—one on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor. The property features elegant finishes, with natural stones and wood used stunningly throughout creating a welcoming ambiance. The room on the ground floor features a single bed and a traditional decor. The two first floor rooms are equally charming with crisp whitewashed walls, beams and stone floors. One of the bedrooms is a spacious master bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The other is a twin bed room with a bathroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and heating on a timer. Fresh linens and fluffy pillows and duvets are supplied and changed every 7 days.

All bedrooms have delightful bathrooms—the upstairs master bathroom has a bathtub and shower, and the other two have walk-in showers. All bathrooms are fitted with fluffy towels and hairdryers.

The exteriors of the peaceful villa includes lush gardens with lavenders and bougainvillea spilling over covered terraces, and mature trees providing much needed shade. It’s a delightful place for children to play games and run around. Dip into the large swimming pool, relax with a great piece of literature while enjoying the Mallorcan sun on one of the sun beds. Savor a delicious Spanish meal on the al fresco dining table close to the pool. Prepare a decadent meal on the built-in BBQ. This lovely 2.328 m2 property provides an abundance of space to spend quality time with your loved ones.

The villa is spread over two stories with a Spanish style and flair, traditional elements, and delightful gardens where you can relax with your loved ones.
The living areas on the ground floor are warm and welcoming with a cozy lounge area with plush couches to enjoy the satellite TV, WIFI, DVD player, and open fireplace.
The large fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook anything you desire, with amenities like a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, granite worktops, full oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine and toaster.

You’ll have access to a baby cot and high chair, safety box and fenced gardens. There is onsite open air parking for those arriving by car. Guests are able to check in from 5 pm to 3 am and check-out is at 10 am on departure day. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival, and mid stay cleaning and final cleaning is included in your package. You can request extra services such as daily cleaning and laundry on request. Air-conditioning is provided on a timer, from 2 pm to 4 pm and 8 pm to 8 am. Extra time is available at an extra charge as is charging an electric car. Please note that smoking or pets are not allowed in the villa.
