There are four comfortable, air-conditioned and heated bedrooms on the property with plush furnishings and elegant finishings. All have fresh linens and tasteful décor so that you can feel right at home. You can find two double bedrooms on the ground floor, along with a single bedroom. In the apartment, you can find another double bedroom. A sofa bed is available if needed for an extra guest as well.
There are three bathrooms in the villa—two with bathtubs and showers, and one with walk-in showers. Fluffy towels and hairdryers are provided for guests' comfort.

Dive into the shimmering swimming pool with remarkable views and take a nap on the comfortable sun beds where you can bask in the Mallorcan sun. Fire up the BBQ to cook incredible grilled feasts that you can serve al fresco style underneath the stars with your loved ones.

On the ground floor, you can find the living areas, kitchen and dining area. The rooms are bright and spacious with big windows and doors leading out to the terraces. Sink into a plush couch with a movie on the TV and dvd player.
The dining area is next to the fully equipped kitchen so that you can gracefully serve your meals. In the kitchen you can find a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, juicer, toaster, dishes, and utensils.
The villa is clean and disinfected upon check-in for your comfort. Mid-stay and final cleaning are included in the package. Linens are changed every week.
The check in policy is flexible with check in available from 5 pm to 3 am and check out is at 10 am on the day of departure. A baby crib and high chair is available for the little ones.
You can request extra cleaning, laundry and ironing service is available at extra charge, as is charging of electric cars.
You can find the bustling, historic town of Alcudia footsteps away from the villa. This charming ancient town has things to enjoy for guests of all ages. Discover the rich history of this town inhabited since approximately 120 BC. The historic town centre is guarded by Mallorca’s only completely preserved town walls which were erected in the 14th century to protect the citizens of Alcudia.
Stroll through the pedestrian area to discover excellent restaurants, cafes with hidden courtyards and pretty little terraces, bars and shops.
Head to the vibrant market that happens twice weekly on Tuesdays and Sundays. Here you can chat with local farmers showcasing their fresh produce and artisans selling their unique wares and handicrafts.
Spend a day on the beach with pristine white sands and azure water. Stroll lazily down the boardwalk where you can find enchanting little bars and cafes to grab a bite to eat and a chilled beverage.
