There are 4 luxurious bedrooms in Sa Terra Rotja situated on one end of the villa. The master suite is located on the upper level. The bedrooms all exude a luxurious charm with sophisticated furnishings and elegant design. All rooms feature their own ensuite bathrooms, Bose speakers, and a selection of luxurious toiletries. Three of the rooms feature cozy double beds, while the remaining one has twin beds. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors offer spectacular views.

The property is excellent for al fresco living with an extraordinary outdoor terrace where you can enjoy postcard-perfect views of the sea. Prepare lovely meals to enjoy around the rectangular dining set with rattan chairs for eight guests. The beauty of the pool is that it’s heated so you can jump in first thing in the morning. Lounge in the pergola with a lovely book to relax.

A gorgeous large lounge area will get you and make you feel right at home with comfortable sofas, armchairs, wooden coffee tables and a cozy fireplace. Here you can retreat after long adventurous days and watch television on the flat-screen TV. Stride into the ultra-sleek fully equipped kitchen where you have everything you need to cook elaborate feasts. Gather around the long dining table for eight and enjoy good food and conversation with your loved ones. Sliding glass doors lead to the outdoor areas.

There is free WIFI throughout the property and mini speakers in the room for your entertainment. For cooler days, the villa is equipped with underfloor heating, and for the warmer ones, there is air-conditioning. The child-friendly villa will provide highchairs, baby monitors, nappy bins, sterilizer, and animal inflatable toys upon request. Babysitting is available upon notice in advance. Housekeeping stops by to clean six days a week, and laundry services are available seven days per week. Dry cleaning is provided upon request.
