Three of the five bedrooms have twin beds. The master suite has two rooms. The first room has a king bed for two guests, while the adjoining room has a comfortable sofa bed where an additional person can sleep. All of them are ensuite and air-conditioned. They are spacious and offer resort-quality amenities. The bathrooms have modern sinks, large mirrors, and showers. The one with the master suite has a bathtub. All the bedrooms are on the upper level of the house. So the views are even better from here.
Two bedrooms open to a fabulous terrace that faces the sea and distant hills. It has a sitting area so you can relax and enjoy the views. The fifth bedroom has its own private terrace, also with a sitting area, and faces the same direction. The villa’s unique design has ensured that each bedroom has something special. This ensures that all guests will feel special.
The outdoor area of Villa Seablue is built over three levels. The lowest level is grassy. The manicured lawn and garden here offer an excellent play area for young children. Above this is the central terrace. It features an infinity pool with sun loungers and a shaded dining area.
Leading from the kitchen, you will find a cozy garden and a wooden deck with an outdoor dining area and a barbecue. This area is surrounded by rocks and Mediterranean plants and is a unique recluse, away from the wide, open areas. Enjoy an outdoor meal or simply sunbathe here.
The main floor has all the indoor common areas. Its living-dining space is huge. The living area features a comfortable sofa and a modern coffee table. There is also an internet television and a library. A crystal chandelier hangs from the ceiling. An open staircase goes to the upper level, where all the bedrooms are located. This holiday villa’s formal dining table at the other corner of this room seats 8 guests. Large floor-to-ceiling glass doors from both the living and dining areas lead to the shaded portion of the pool terrace.
The well-equipped kitchen is in the next room. Home chefs can cook a meal here using its many appliances.

A short walk away, you will find two sandy Mal Pas beaches. Platja de San Pere is a fabulous beach with shallow water. You can also reach Alcudia easily from this rental property. The town has many attractions, bakeries, restaurants, and shops.

10/10The villa has a very nice location. The view is wonderful. A beautiful bay with beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear water can be reached across the rocks in a few minutes. At this time (mid May) there are hardly any people there. The villa is very well appointed and has comfortable beds.
10/10My family and I (2 adults and 2 teenagers) had the best Easter holiday staying at the villa! The kids played in the pool all day (we paid the 300 euros to heat up which in Easter I highly recommend!) The lounge are is spacious, the views are amazing the pictures don’t do it justice. There’s a beach a minute walk away and another little beach a minute the others way. We watched the best the sunset from nearby S’Illot bar, 20 min walk (5 mins drive). Alcudia is only a 5 min driveways, has great restaurants and a big market every week. Thanks again, we’ll defiantly we back again!
