There are 3 comfortable bedrooms on the property. The first bedroom is fitted with a double bed. The two remaining rooms feature twin beds—one which is fitted with an ensuite shower room. The other rooms share separate bathrooms. The rooms are bright, calm, and feature ample storage space.

Dive into the large private saltwater swimming pool which sits elegantly at a terrace area and can be accessed by 7 Roman steps down from the main entrance. There is plenty of space to relax and sunbathe while admiring splendid views of the surrounding countryside. Fire up the brick BBQ to prepare decadent meals to serve in the delightful al fresco dining area.
The cozy interiors are fitted with plush sofas, a flat-screen TV, DVD player and more. The ornamental brick fireplace creates a warm ambiance and you can cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen. Here you can find an oven, cooking hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle to cook whatever your heart desires.
Enjoy complimentary air-conditioning between 2-4 pm and 8 pm and 8 am daily. The villa is disinfected and mid-stay cleanings are provided along with Internet access, a travel crib, and highchair.
You can request extra cleaning, laundry service, an electric car for hire, and a removable pool fence. These may come at an extra charge.
The gorgeous villa is located only 3 km from Eroski Puerto Pollensa where you can go shopping, and 5 km from the Alcudia town center. The sand beach of Puerto Alcudia is also wishing a 5 km radius and just 4 km further, you can find the Pollensa golf course.
