Alvaro Oliver has a super location right at the center of Porto Cristo in southern Mallorca. It is a small 3-bedroom apartment with a contemporary vibe for guests who want to stay close to a top tourist destination on the island and a town with a lot of character. Porto Cristo was at one time a small fishing village. It has now grown to become a popular destination in Mallorca, especially for those coming from England, Germany, and the Scandinavian countries. Take a pleasant stroll down the streets and see the old stone houses. Visit the marina, which is just a 5-minute walk from this rental property. The town is charming yet tranquil.
There is a lot to see around Porto Cristo as well. See them all and come back to rest and relax in the comfort of this luxury property. It features every amenity you can expect to find in a modern, luxury apartment. The rooms are spacious. There is a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment even has a baby cot and a baby high chair for your convenience.
You are assured of a restful night here, thanks to the calm and serene ambiance of the bedrooms. The three bedrooms can easily accommodate up to six guests. One has a large double bed, while the two others have twins. The parents can stay in the king bedroom. One twin can accommodate the grandparents, while the second can sleep a child and her nanny.
They have everything you need for a comfortable stay but are not of resort quality. Rather, the décor and ambiance make you feel like you are sleeping in your own home. Guests staying in the three bedrooms share two baths, both with showers.
When you visit Porto Cristo, you are likely to spend many days seeing the many attractions in the town and around it. However, you may like to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the sun on the wide terrace of Alvaro Oliver House. It has a spacious lounging area with rattan chairs and a table. There is a small vertical garden too and a barbecue. One section of this terrace leads to the balcony that offers lovely street views.
The dining area is located next to the terrace. It has a 6-seater table where the entire family can have their meals together. There is an arched open window that allows fresh sunlight to light up this space.
The interior has been really well-done. You will find a second dining area, a more formal space but with a smaller 4-seater table. This is a fantastic room with an antique chandelier hanging from the ceiling, a fireplace, and many objects of art on the walls. The living area is equally impressive. A traditional arched doorway separates the sofa and lounger sections but still faces each other, so all of you can gather here and spend quality time together, whether you are holidaying with your family or friends. The kitchen is packed with many modern appliances.
Alvaro Oliver House blends the vintage with the contemporary very well. The wooden-beamed ceiling, antiques, terracotta flooring, and arched doorways showcase the rich traditions, while air-conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, television, BBQ, kitchen appliances, the baby cot, and others take care of the comfort and convenience of the guests.
Alvaro Oliver House in Porto Cristo can be a great choice for you and your group. It provides the feeling of your home-away-from-home. You have everything you can expect in a modern holiday apartment. The cost of air-conditioning and electricity are included with your stay. Housekeeping is extra.
