There are 5 air-conditioned bedrooms in this villa for rent. Three of them are ensuite. One ensuite bedroom provides direct access to a small private terrace and the pool area. Climb down a few steps from the living room, and you will reach two more bedrooms. Both share a nice bathroom. Four bedrooms have king or queen beds, while one has a twin bed that can also be joined if you want. They all feature wooden flooring, large wardrobes, and private seating areas.

The bathrooms are also very impressive. They have washbasins with modern faucets and large mirrors. Two of them have bathtubs.

It is the outdoor area that makes this villa in Mallorca so special. You will get fantastic panoramic views all around. But the well-kept garden is also worth seeing, which is best enjoyed from the comfortable rattan furniture on the terrace. Have a cool drink and let your gaze wander over the bay of Pollenca. At the center of the terrace, there is a 7.5 x 5.5 private swimming pool. Swim whenever you want and relax on a lounger afterward. There are both shaded and sunny corners, so choose according to your mood.

The terrace has two other areas, one with an outdoor dining table that seats all the guests, and the second with a gas barbecue.
