Villa Ca'n Vent

With 6 bedrooms at Villa Ca’n Vent, they are all air-conditioned and fitted with tall French shuttered doors. They are split over the 3 building structures, in which guests will find the main house containing 3 double bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms, one of which comes with a bathtub and the other one with a shower room. Over at the newly-restored main house, there is 1 bedroom configured with a double bed and equipped with its ensuite bathroom, while the remaining 2 other rooms are located in the old mill, one of which has a double bed and the other 2 single beds and its bathroom.

The sprawling outdoors start off with 3 spacious verandahs where guests can relax with their drinks by the sun loungers and look out to the large swimming pool, which features prominently across the length of the home, and comes installed with a hot and cold shower system. Guests have also the opportunity to indulge in the big solarium with sunbeds, while a barbeque party is not far from the cards as guests can make use of the brick-built oven BBQ, which occupies one of the verandahs that come with soft furniture seating as well as swings. All around the house, greenery thrives with a ploughed field, garrigue and native vegetation of over 200 trees such as almond, fig, and carob to boot!

Inside, the villa is sumptuous with its modern furniture amidst rustic and earthy architecture, accentuated by shades of beige, white and ivory used throughout its minimalist decor. At the main house, the living room is fitted with comfortable chairs and sofas, as well as a cast iron fireplace that is its mantlepiece, and a dining table for all the 12 guests. The fully-equipped kitchen with its wooden cabinets and furnishings is attached to the living room. A similar set-up is something guests can look forward to at the former main house, renovated to include a vast living room with a fireplace together with a cosy, small kitchen for guests to be able to also prepare their meals.

Villa Ca’n Vent has air-conditioning provided in all of its bedrooms which can be individually controlled. Complimentary high-speed WiFi is also enabled for guests to stream movies or upload their social media, while the team of staff will also ensure clean bed linens and towels are provided throughout their stay. For those needing baby cots or high chairs for their young ones, these are also available upon request with the staff.
