Villa Pedra

Villa Pedra has four bedrooms, two of which have double beds, while the other two rooms have 2 single beds each. The rooms are on the upper level of this house. There are three fully equipped bathrooms in the home. The rooms are simple and decorated with little paintings on the white wall. Fresh sheets and linen will be provided to all guests. The windows ensure you have beautiful views of the surroundings. Little bedside tables are present in every room. There is an extra bed available.

Villa Pedra has a traditional Mallorcan architecture with exposed brick and stonewalls. The home has charming outdoors, ideal for elders and kids to mingle together. There is a swimming pool and well-manicured lawn space around it. The kids could roll about in the grass, while you keep a watch on them from the sun loungers by the poolside. There are a couple of thatched roof umbrellas over the loungers. You and your fam can have grilled dinners as there is a separate BBQ space on one side of the pool. Sit in the shaded outdoor dining area and enjoy hot grills. The lawn is clean and well-maintained so you can easily play some outdoor games here as well.

Villa Pedra follows more of a minimal aesthetic when it comes to its interiors. There are few decor items other than the necessary furniture, which keeps the home very spacious and neat. There are two living areas, one on each level. The living area on the ground level has a sofa in front of the TV. There are numerous chairs for everyone to sit together. Beside the living area is the indoor dining table adjoining the facilitated kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The upper level also has a couple of sofa chairs in the living area. All the rooms including the living areas are air-conditioned so if it gets too sunny outside, you can chill inside.

The villa has all the modern amenities for your stay. There is WiFi access and parking on site. All guests are provided with fresh linen and bath towels at the time of arrival. We have a concierge staff to ensure your smooth check-in. You can request a baby cot/crib for little ones. If the weather gets cold, we also provide a heating system. Our staff can help you in planning local sightseeing and things to do in and around Campos.
