Villa Roser Vell boasts 3 bedrooms on the upper floors of the 3 floors. The master suite can be found on the third floor with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. On the second floor, you will find two bedrooms, including a reading room with a single bed which is perfect for children. They share a family shower room.
You can enjoy a wonderful pool terrace, surrounded by high walls to maintain your complete privacy. Sun beds can be found on the Mallorcan marble flooring so you can relax between refreshing dips in the pool. It’s a lovely place to relax and rejuvenate.
The beautiful townhouse is a peaceful and welcoming place to retreat after a long day. The enchanting lounge has floor-to-ceiling patio doors overlooking the pool. Villa Roser Vell blends the traditional with the modern in a seamless way. There is a comfortable couch to stretch out on and modern furniture. There’s a contemporary dining area and kitchen in darker tones for an elegant ambiance. The lovely dinner table is set up so that it overlooks the swimming pool. The kitchen is state-of-the-art and has a breakfast bar to enjoy quick snacks. The modern appliances offer everything you need to cook fantastic feasts.
For your safety and comfort, the villa is thoroughly sanitised and disinfected between guests. If you need daily cleanings, baby cots or highchairs, this will be provided upon request.

10/10Roser Vell is a great location on quiet street a short walk from the town centre. The townhouse is a perfect place for a holiday. It’s stylish and beautifully fitted out with everything you’ll need during your stay. We had a fantastic holiday and we’ll certainly be be back!
