10/10Roser Vell is a great location on quiet street a short walk from the town centre. The townhouse is a perfect place for a holiday. It’s stylish and beautifully fitted out with everything you’ll need during your stay. We had a fantastic holiday and we’ll certainly be be back!

10/10Modern Town House in one of the best locations in Pollenca. The property is beautifully finished, However, the internal layout would make it cramped for the suggested full occupancy numbers...there just isn't enough space on the ground floor for more than 4 people to co-exist without falling over each other. If you are a couple or family of 4 it is ideal & I believe it is one of the best locations in Pollenca - quiet road, good parking & only 4 mins walk into the main square
