Great location, nice villa and good communication. However, basics like hand soap, enough toilets are missing paper and co. That means you should drive to a supermarket beforehand.

The place is absolutely true Mallorcan townhouse with all the flair that comes with it. It will easily fit multiple people or families with many different dining areas to congregate and enjoy the evening. The terrace is beautiful as well as the little court yard. It is also about 30 seconds walking distance from the center. Lovely area and detailed instructions.

We spent a week with our almost 1-year-old son at Casa Coll. It is a classic townhouse made of natural stone with a large garage, beautiful planted courtyard and large sun terrace. The house is fully equipped and, thanks to well-functioning air conditioning, dry and warm indoors even on rainy days. In just under 5 minutes you are in the marketplace of Pollenca with its Sunday market and the quaint Cafe Ca'n Moixet. We really enjoyed the stay! Tip: If you are traveling by car, you should rather take a smaller vehicle, the roads and the entrance to the garage are quite narrow.
